The Driver​

Tenants at Goldfields House needed flex solutions as a requirement for their long-term leases. This triggered the need for Goldfields to embed flex within the building. As hybrid work arrangements become a norm, businesses that previously occupied entire floors are now embracing and implementing flexible workspaces as a fundamental component of their workplace strategy.

The Solution​

  • Goldfields partnered with CIVIS to design, build, and operate ~3,500 sqm of white-labelled flexible workspaces across Levels 2, 3, and 4 at Goldfields House.

  • The CIVIS Team worked with the Goldfields Marketing team to create the brand name “The Loft”. This distinctive brand identity, owned by Goldfields, holds the potential for future expansion and utilisation across their growing portfolio.

  • The Loft includes flexible private offices, meeting spaces and open plan desks, as well as amenity offerings such as a clubhouse, bookable spaces, podcast studio and a multi-purpose event space. CIVIS also integrated with the premium rooftop bar offering in the asset.
